Frequently Asked Questions

INDYCAR Nation Premier Members have purchased a Rookie, Champion or Legend fan membership. This includes opportunities such as:

• Special offers, contests and perks from track partners and sponsors
• Weekly e-newsletters and insider info on races, drivers and teams
• Merchandise discount for Official INDYCAR Merchandise
• At Track Experiences including guided tours, group gatherings, autograph session pass, etc.*
• Benefits and exclusive access offered by tracks and/or promoters*

• If you purchase a membership, you will become eligible to sign up for a chance to win weekend experiences for each INDYCAR race. The experiences will be open for registration before the season begins and will close before each race week. Notifications will be sent about experience closure deadlines, so members have a reminder to register before they close. Winners will be notified about their experiences shortly after.
• If you purchase your membership the week of a race, you will not be eligible to sign up to win experiences for that particular race.
  • Example: If you buy a membership for the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg on Wednesday of race week, you will not be eligible to sign up for and win experiences offered for that race weekend.

As we reopened membership purchases in late-2025, your membership will last until December 31, 2026.

• The annual membership fee for a Rookie member is $45
• The annual membership fee for a Champion member is $49
• The annual membership fee for a Legend member is $139

• During the season, most experiences for all races are added to the website before the season begins and will be available until they close race week. If any more experiences become available, they will be added to the website under each race weekend experiences tab.
• To register to win, you will add each experience to your cart and check out to sign up. You will then be entered into the drawing to win. Once winners are selected, they will be notified via email.
• Unless otherwise communicated, race weekend experience registration will close on the Sunday before race week at 11:59 PM EST. Winners will be notified shortly after.

• As a LIFETIME member, you are automatically an INDYCAR Nation Champion member and will never need to renew your membership, unless you have not logged into your account since January 2015.
• If you have not logged on, your account will be deactivated.

Absolutely! Children 7-12 may enroll at the Rookie Membership Level. Children ages 13-17 may enroll at the Champion Membership Level. Please note that some at-track experiences may be for participants 18 years or older and minors under the age of 18 will not be eligible to win.

INDYCAR Nation Premier Membership is open to anyone inside or outside of the U.S. Additional shipping charges will be applied for members outside the U.S.

• From time to time, you will need to show your Premier electronic card for special access at the race track or other partner venues. We'll make sure you know when you need your card, but plan to have the digital copy with you at all race events.
• You do not have a membership number on this card. This is not needed for tracking purposes.

Your USERNAME is the e-mail address you have registered with your account.

If you know your e-mail address and have forgotten your password, access the Reset Password page on the INDYCAR Nation website to reset your password. A temporary password will be sent to your email address. We recommend changing your password once you have logged in with your temporary password.

To find out your membership renewal date, log into your INDYCAR Nation account and click “My Account”.

If you continue having problems, please send an e-mail to indycarnation@indycar.com explaining the problem you are having.

• When available, INDYCAR Nation may plan special events at select races, such as pre-race gatherings, Q & A's, autograph sessions, family events, etc.
• Events will either be open to all INDYCAR Nation Premier members or available on first come, first serve basis when possible. At times when space has not been filled by Premier members, events may be opened up to all INDYCAR Nation members.
• For events with limited space, sometimes they will be made available on the INDYCAR Nation online reservation system.
• All offers will be sent via e-mail.
• Some restrictions may apply.

• All race weekend attending INDYCAR Nation Rookie members will be able to participate in experiences communicated via email to the Rookie parents beforehand. These experiences often include fast passes to both the NTT INDYCAR Series and INDY NXT by Firestone autograph sessions, involvement in Pre-Race Ceremonies by joining an exclusive line to “Fist Bump” the field during driver introductions and more.*
• INDYCAR Nation Champion members will get opportunities to win guided tours of different areas in the INDYCAR Paddock, event car rides, autograph session fast passes, Victory Circle Photos and more.*
• INDYCAR Nation Legend members will get opportunities to win guided tours of different areas in the INDYCAR Paddock, Victory Circle Photos, event car rides, credentials, 2-seater rides, and more.*
• Offers will be announced via e-mail and available on the website. Some restrictions may apply.

• Credentials will be available to purchase and win for Legend members.
• If any special offers become available for INDYCAR Nation members for tickets, we will announce the offer and who is eligible via email. Any special ticket promotions or seat locations are up to the discretion of the track promoter.

From time to time, we may need the help of our Premier members. We'll send out e-mails with information if those opportunities arise.

Yes. If you sign up online you will receive an e-mail confirmation that you can print.

All sales and membership subscriptions are final.

• Membership will be discontinued automatically at the end of the subscription term.
• No automatic payments will be made against your account for renewal.

Send an email to indycarnation@indycar.com with your username, payment amount, transaction date, and the last 4 digits of the credit card. Payment corrections take 5-15 days to process back to your account.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for online payments.

Your membership payment will appear as a charge from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

All payment information submitted on the indycarnation.indycar.com website is secured using SSL encryption for your protection. This security is noted by a lock icon on your web browser.
